Eliminate the paperwork hassle.  We can handle all of the documents we need to get started electronically.  Here’s what you need to do:

  • Click on the “Download Forms” button below
  • A page will open up with three links to three separate on-boarding documents.
    • Carrier Profile:
      • In this document you tell us what equipment you have and what loads you like.
    • Carrier Agreement:
      • This is the formal agreement between Tekoa Solutions LLC and you. It spells out what we will do for you.
    • Limited Power of Attorney:
      • This document allows us to represent you to the freight broker and book loads on your behalf.  Requires a Notary.
 

Once you have completed the Carrier packet just submit it on the uploads page along with you MC Authority Letter, W9, Certificate of Insurance, and if you are using a factoring company a credit application.
